# Named Action Plan Assignment for Enhanced Audit Accountability

We are excited to announce that we have recently added a new feature to our audit module. You can now assign specific action plan points directly to individuals, making it easier to manage follow-ups and ensure accountability.

**Please bear in mind that this feature needs to be enabled on the specific Audit template before you are able to access it. Please reach out to our Support Team if you would like this to be enabled on a specific template.**

Once enabled, you will be able to locate it when marking an item as non-compliant while conducting an audit. See below:

After the audit gets submitted the action plan item will be updated with the user's information. When an action plan is assigned to a person, they will receive a personalised email notification, ensuring they are promptly informed of their responsibilities.

Additionally, this assignment will be reflected in reporting, clearly indicating who is responsible for completing each action item.
